TERMS OF SALE · LAST UPDATED 9 AUGUST 2026
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed with Summit Air & Refrigeration, ABN 42 491 397 260, ARC Licence AU56998.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Quotes
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods or confirm the order in writing. If we can't supply something, we'll contact you and refund it in full.
Custom-made goods
Door seals made to your measurements, cut-to-length tracks and profiles, and anything manufactured to your specification are made individually for you and cannot be resold. We confirm every measurement with you before manufacture. Once confirmed and in production, these orders can't be cancelled or changed.
Measurements you supply
If you supply a measurement, model number or photograph, we rely on it. We'll flag anything that looks wrong, but we can't be responsible for a part made correctly to an incorrect measurement you gave us.
Part identification
Our photo identification tool is in beta. It suggests likely matches, and a person here confirms the exact fit before anything is made or dispatched. If we confirmed a part and it turns out to be wrong, we'll make it right at our cost. See our Returns Policy.
Payment
Orders are paid at checkout unless you have an approved trade credit account. Credit account orders are invoiced on [30 day] terms from the date of invoice. Accounts outside terms may be placed on hold.
Title and risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods stays with us until we have been paid in full.
Fit and suitability
We supply parts. We don't install them unless you've engaged us to do so. It's your responsibility to make sure a part is suitable for its intended use and installed by someone competent to do it.
Warranty
Manufactured seals carry a 12 months warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Supplied components carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, damage from incorrect installation, or parts modified after supply.
Your rights. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
